Gordana Šoštarić
Violinist and visual artist
Gordana Šoštarić was born in Zagreb, where she completed both primary and secondary music school. She graduated in violin from the Academy of Music in Zagreb and is now a member of the orchestra of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. Alongside her professional work as a violinist, she paints and decorates instruments such as violins, guitars and cellos, transforming them into precious works of art whose creation requires exceptional precision, time and craftsmanship. In her free time, she paints and creates jewellery and concert posters with musical motifs, including a poster for the Zagreb Quartet.
